Data-driven efficiency – Mitta and Nord Survey Merge
Mitta Group Oy has signed a business acquisition with Nord Survey Oy on 31.5.2023. Nord Survey, which offers surveying, modelling and expert services, complements Mitta’s services in both Northern and Southern Finland.
Rovaniemi-based Nord Survey has years of experience in construction, industrial, community development and environmental projects, providing timely and accurate measurements and location data for customer needs. Nord Survey has a strong focus on mining services and modelling projects, and a strong foothold in Rovaniemi and Northern Finland.
With the acquisition, Nord Survey’s 11 experts, who bring extensive expertise in measurement and modelling services, will become part of Mitta Oy. Nord Survey’s project manager and entrepreneur Sami Ylitervo will become a shareholder in Mitta.
The growing Mitta Group Oy aims to expand its services in a customer-oriented and geographically comprehensive manner. With Nord Survey’s operations, Mitta is able to improve the efficiency of its services in different parts of Finland and thus also aims to reduce the need for unnecessary travel created by distances.
