On this Mitta Group Oy’s Whistleblowing page you can submit a whistleblowing report if you have information or suspicions about misconduct related to Mitta Group Oy or attempts to conceal such misconduct. Please kindly review Mitta Group Oy’s Whistleblowing Policy before making a report.
Mitta Group Oy’s Whistleblowing Channel is available in three languages, English, Finnish and Swedish. The Whistleblowing Channel will guide you through the process of providing all the information needed to report and handle the report. We kindly ask you to answer the questions as accurately as possible. We greatly appreciate your help. For reporting in Finnish or Swedish, please choose a language from the dropdown menu available.

Mitta Group Oy’s Whistleblowing Channel is maintained by external service providers, HH Partners, Attorneys-at-law Ltd. and Lantero AB. Because the Whistleblowing Channel is maintained by the external service providers, your report will always be handled by a person who is impartial, independent and a professional expert.
Your report will be preliminarily reviewed by an independent expert from HH Partners and then reported to Mitta Group Oy’s chosen representative. Upon reporting, the Whistleblowing Channel will provide you with a case-specific link through which you will be notified of:
- the receipt of your report;
- any follow-up action taken; and
- any additional questions the expert may have for you regarding the report (which are answered through the link).
If you provide your email with your report, you will receive a reminder whenever there are questions or updated information behind the link. Otherwise, it is your responsibility to check from time to time if the information behind the link is updated.
Please note that if you report your suspicions and participate in an investigation of misconducts in good faith, you will not be subject to negative consequences and Mitta Group Oy will protect you. Abuse of the Whistleblowing Channel, e.g. intentionally filing a false report, is considered a violation that may result in further action against you.
