Mitta strengthens its geotechnical investigation services through a business acquisition
Mitta Oy acquired the geotechnical investigation business of Maveplan Oy on 23 September 2026.
The acquisition strengthens Mitta’s geotechnical investigation equipment fleet and service capacity, particularly in Northern Finland, while helping to meet the growing demand generated by renewable energy projects.
Under a separate service agreement, Maveplan will continue to utilize Mitta’s services and gain access to an even broader service network to support its customers.
