Mitta to Present at INTERGEO 2026
INTERGEO, one of the world’s leading events for geodesy, geoinformation and land management, will take place in Munich, Germany, on 15-17 September 2026.
Mitta will be represented at the event by Walter Mai, Operations Lead for Mitta’s eSite business. As part of the conference programme, Walter will give a presentation at the NavVis Booth Theater on 16 September from 11:45 to 12:00, showcasing a real-world project involving the use of mobile reality capture technology in challenging marine conditions.
The presentation, Scanning Beyond the Limits, explores the use of NavVis technology to capture accurate 3D data in conditions where traditional surveying approaches face significant limitations.
The case highlights how innovative surveying and reality capture methods can be applied to demanding infrastructure projects and difficult-to-access environments. It also showcases the practical possibilities of mobile mapping technology beyond conventional use cases.
