Mitta Oy has acquired eSite

Mitta Oy signed an agreement on 2 March 2026 to acquire the eSite business from Dovre Group Oyj. The transaction will be completed on 31 March 2026.

eSite specializes in advanced 3D reality capture and the modeling of built environments for industrial plants, factories, and construction sites. The business is largely based on long-term SaaS customer contracts.

As part of the transaction, three eSite employees will transfer to Mitta and join the Southern Finland Surveying unit as of 1 April 2026.

eSite brings Mitta new, large industrial customers who use the eSite SaaS product. The eSite service supports Mitta’s market strategy in Finland and Sweden, and going forward, the service can also be offered globally.
