Record-Breaking Q3 for Mitta Group

Mitta Group’s revenue and operating profit grew significantly in the third quarter, delivering a record-breaking result for the Group.

Mitta delivered strong growth in the third quarter of 2025, with revenue and operating profit rising sharply. Quarterly turnover reached €24.5 million, up 68% compared to the same period in 2024. Year-to-date turnover stands at €49 million (€39 million in 2024), reflecting a 25% increase over the previous year. The Group’s EBITDA was €2.6 million (€1 million in 2024), also improving significantly and underscoring a positive trend in performance.

One reason for the significant growth in revenue is the stronger overall results in Sweden. A historically and uniquely large project was successfully completed there, and the experience gained from this initiative reinforces the Group’s confidence in new business opportunities in both Finland and Sweden going forward.

In late summer, Mitta initiated a comprehensive organizational restructuring to integrate its subsidiary into Mitta Oy and transfer some of its activities to Sweden. This strategic move plays a key role in streamlining operations and achieving profitability targets in the coming years.

The near-term outlook remains positive despite current market conditions. As is typical for our industry, the winter season is expected to be more moderate, and we will adjust operations to match demand. In the coming quarter, we aim to streamline internal processes and organizational structures to build a lean and efficient service organization. Next year, our primary focus will be on driving EBITDA growth across our business.

We see strong potential, particularly in large industrial projects within the Swedish market. Looking ahead to 2026, the infrastructure, construction, and energy sectors are expected to offer steady growth opportunities in both Finland and Sweden.
