Mitta Group Announces New CEOs for Group and Finnish Operations

Mitta Group is the leading consulting firm in the Nordics specializing in surveying and geotechnical services. The company has experienced strong growth in recent years. As of September 2025, its rolling 12-month revenue reached over €60 million, which is a substantial increase compared to previous years. Growth has primarily been driven by the Swedish market, where we see significantly greater potential in the coming years compared to Finland.

To support the development of the company’s business operations, Mitta’s Board of Directors has appointed Henrik Malmberg as CEO of Mitta Group Oy, effective October 14, 2025. Malmberg, 57, has extensive and solid expertise in and experience from technical consulting operations in both Sweden and the rest of the Nordic region. He will also continue as CEO of Mitta AB in Sweden, a position he has successfully held since early 2023.

The Board of Director has also appointed Anne Antson, 57, as CEO of Mitta Oy in Finland. Antson has served as the Group’s Chief Financial Officer since 2020 and possesses a deep understanding of the group’s operations, both at the corporate level and within its subsidiaries. She brings to the role strong financial expertise and a clear vision for business development across borders.
